My computer just shut down

It's so annoying when that happens. I was in the middle of typing when I accidentally tapped the power button. The screen instantly turned black. I had to finally figure out which buttons you need to press to turn it back on. When it turned back on I realized I had practically shut it down completely, as it was installing and configuring updates. I went to this computer, instead. It took about 10 minutes to finish the process. Has anything like this every happened to you?
